Ethan Fernhaber is a flourishing entrepreneur and founder of the four sister organizations. His multiple ventures all stem from his vision to restore hope. His 4,000+ multi-family residential units are all built around a passion for people and breaking the cycle of generational poverty and hopelessness in order to bring healing and dignity.

Project Manager

A life-long carpenter and construction worker, Tom's experience helps him oversee Transformation Construction Projects, and he loves seeing new spaces created! Tom served in the Marine Corps and comes from a large extended family, including a twin brother and five other siblings.

Commercial Property Manager

Kelsi plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission through exceptional tenant & guest experiences combined with thoughtful property oversight. She ensures each of her properties reflects the organization’s values of excellence, care, and stewardship.

Director of Communications

Jennifer coordinates, crafts and delivers the message of transformation! With decades of experience in writing, website design, event management, marketing deliverables and communication coaching, Jennifer is thrilled to share the story of Restored Hope through the family of organizations.

Operations Coordinator

Suzy provides vital day-to-day support to Ethan Fernhaber, the founder of Transformation Ventures, Renewing Management, Helix and Volumod. Whether managing his expansive calendar or helping manage his many for and not for profit projects, Suzy keeps Ethan's professional life afloat! Suzy brings more than twenty years of nonprofit experience to her role.
