Transformation Ventures is part of a larger family of organizations that share one owner and one heartbeat: to restore hope in Indiana.
Property Development
Helix Development specializes in modular construction, simplifying development and bringing vital housing to Indiana faster. Experienced in every facet of the land development process, and deeply committed to our culture of hope, our team is one of the first development groups in the Midwest specializing in modular development.
Modular Construction Facility
Volumod constructs single and multi-family modular housing in a climate-controlled facility. Modular homes are transported and gently craned onto permanent foundations. Volumod's Second Chance Program employs those coming from incarceration or addiction and supports holistic hope-building resources to better their lives.
Restoring Hope Nonprofit
Renewing Communities is a non-profit organization serving the employees of Renewing Management, Volumod, Helix and Transformation Ventures, the residents and tenants of our properties, and the greater communities that surround our companies.

Management
Renewing Management owns and operates apartment communities in Indiana. Our passion for people and restoring hope is found in every community we operate. We empower our residents to identify meaningful goals, pursue pathways to achieve those goals and develop the motivation to pursue a brighter future.
